(Explanation 76)

'Form to encrypt' Tab

The 7th tab named 'Form to encrypt' contains a form whose information you enter can be attached to the data that you encrypt (file, etc.) if you checked the higher left box.

For more information, click with the question mark in the window of the 7th tab named 'Form to encrypt'.

(Explanation 78)

Form of tab 'Form to encrypt'

In this information form of the 7th tab named 'Form to encrypt', you can write your personal data (or others) which identify you.
These data are encrypted and joined to your file (or your data) at the same time as you encrypt your file (or your data), provided that the check box, in the upper left corner of this form, is checked. Thus, the information of this form are one with the file itself (or with the data themselves) that you encrypt.

When this information form is activated, the label, which is just on the right of the last button named 'Reset : delete the contents of this tab' (in the toolbar), indicates the words 'Activated form'. But on the contrary, if this information form is deactivated, this label indicates the words 'Deactivated form'.
Thus, at a glance, this label lets you know if your information form is activated or not, in order not to integrate its data by error into a file (or into data) when you encrypt.

You write the appropriate information to the right of each line of the form (in the column named '- Data to encrypt -'). Here the title for each of these lines :
-
'Comments...'
-
'First Name :'

'Last Name :'

Make sure not to write more data into your lines than they can display on the screen, if not in the form of the 8th tab named 'Decrypted form' you could not to see this surplus of data after having decrypted.

In top on the left, there is a framework used to display a picture of your choice. Just on its right there is a small framework containing 12 choices of compression ratio for this picture if you want to reduce the size (in bytes) of this picture in the cryptogram (in the encrypted file or in the encrypted data); click on the wanted choice of compression.

When you click the right mouse button in the information form of this 7th tab named 'Form to encrypt', a contextual menu appears with the following command lines:

You can thus position the picture within this framework, because only the visible part of this picture will be encrypted in your file (or with your data) during the encryption; the rest of the picture (the nonvisible part of the picture) is ignored.
